Warranty on all Lionelo products is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.

  • Add a description and a photo of the defect.
  • Attach the proof of purchase.
  • The completed form will be sent to us electronically.

Our expert will verify your complaint and then provide further instructions via email.

If they deem the complaint to be valid, they will choose one of a few possible solutions:

  1. Providing spare parts.
  2. Exchanging the product.
  3. Collecting the damaged goods and providing a refund.
