Step 1: Report your wish to return a product
The goods purchased online can be returned within 100 days, starting from the next day after the purchase. Download and fill in the return form, indicating the products you wish to return and provide the reason for your return.
Step 2: Pack the product and attach the proof of purchase
Put the product into the original box with the filled form and a proof of purchase. Seal the parcel tightly.
Step 3: Send the parcel
Send the returned product to:

Step 4: Wait for the refund
Refund will be processed in the form the payment was made, once the receipt of the correction to the purchase document is confirmed. We send the correction to the purchase document via email and in the form of a text message to the phone number provided in the order and containing a link leading directly to the correction. Clicking on the link or answering the email means that you confirmed the receipt of the correction. Refund shall occur immediately, no later than within 14 days after we receive the return package.
